NEO-RLS Introduces the 2026-2027 Leadership Academy

Today’s libraries require dynamic leaders who can navigate complex challenges with empathy, strategic foresight, and resilience. Designed for library professionals ready to elevate their impact, this year’s intensive program bridges the gap between managing daily operations and inspiring lasting change. The Leadership Academy will focus on enhancing the skills you already have and building new ones in order to assist you in developing a vision of how you can confidently move into the future as a leader.

The  2026-2027 Leadership Academy will run from Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.

• he Academy runs from October through May and consists of 6 in-person workshops.

• We recommend that you attend the Academy in its entirety in order to maximize your learning.
