Our Libraries

School Public Academic Special
As a partially state-funded membership organization, NEO-RLS is charged with serving multi-type libraries in our 22 county region. It is our goal to assist libraries to better meet the needs of their patrons and communities by creating opportunities to accomplish services and programs beyond individual capabilities and resources. We do this through continuing education programs and events, emerging technology support, special interest network groups, consulting, and other services. Every library in the Northeast Ohio region is a Geographic member of NEO-RLS and can take advantage of continuing education programs, professional training, emerging technology support and consulting services. Gold, Silver and Bronze dues-paying members receive discounts on all of our services and enjoy additional benefits.

The staff of NEO-RLS works hard to provide high-quality and economically priced programs and services that benefit the multi-type libraries in our region. Our Continuing Education, Youth Services, IT, Emerging Technology and Big Ideas Advisory Groups are open to volunteers from any of our libraries. We encourage you to participate in order to ensure that NEO-RLS is supporting you and your library in the most relevant manner possible.
