NEO can help your library design or redesign your Website not from a business perspective but from the library services perspective, thus meeting the needs of your patrons. During the design process NEO can help your library to determine your needs and the needs of your patrons, and help you define what you and your patrons should be expecting from your website.

During the design process NEO can help your library with usability, organization, and help you add social and interactive features to you web presence. We can also provide custom home page concepts for your project or work with your graphics designer or with site templates sold online. Once your library has decided on a design you would like to use, we will create the interior page layout, convert the design for the web, add programming, etc. During this process, you will have the opportunity to review progress on our testing server so that you may view the website development at any time. In addition, the NEO staff will inform you via email when extensive updates to the site have been made so you can review the most recent progress.

Throughout the design process your website is tested on a variety of operating systems and browsers to insure proper display and functionality. In addition to ensuring proper display NEO will add Meta Tags, Page Titles, Page Heading, Alt Image Tags, Link Text, and Page Body Text evaluation and adjustment where needed throughout the website for search engine optimization.

Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to two weeks after the website has launched (maximum of up to .5 hours labor per issue). Minor changes include adding or changing text, adding or changing photos, etc. Any major revision requests will require additional discussion and possibly incur a fee.
