Submissions for the REFORMA: The National Association to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish-Speaking Scholarship are now being accepted through March 15, 2023. The scholarship will apply to this coming academic school year, Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters.

Since 1971, REFORMA has supported the active recruitment of bilingual and bicultural librarians to meet the information needs of the Spanish-speaking community. The REFORMA Scholarship provides financial assistance to encourage and enable Latinos and/or Spanish speakers to pursue or advance a career in Library and Information Science.
Please encourage individuals currently enrolled or planning to attend an ALA-accredited library school to apply. The maximum amount awarded will be $1500, but the amount varies from year to year.
