Work...Life...Balance Tell a colleague

Speaker:
Kim Langley, has a Master's Degree in Education from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She loves her work and is the President of LifeBalance Enterprises, Inc. with 20+ years experience as a trainer. Kim holds certifications from several supervisory training programs including DDI and Achieve Global, Kaset Customer Service and IHE. She is a sought-after speaker, delivering between 100 plus programs annually.
Program Description:
In these tough times of a stressed economy and doing more with less are you finding it difficult to keep up the momentum at work and at home? This Work...Life...Balance presentation will help you to examine where your personal energy goes, and how to best keep your engines tuned up, running smoothly both personally and professionally. The session includes private assessment of how time is used, practical tips for achieving better balance in personal and professional life, and resources to support real growth in the "art of life-task juggling". There is an emphasis on both time management and self care.

This seminar offers you practical tools for building a more satisfying personal and professional life. No one can live a stress-free life, but when faithfully practiced, the skills gleaned from this seminar can result in increased health, fulfillment, and clarity of purpose.

At the end of the experience, participants will be able to:

  • Identify their main stress symptoms and effective techniques for relieving them
  • Describe 5 "quick fix" stress buster methods Demonstrate 3 minute energy builders
  • Fill the "energy bank"

Objectives

  • Participants will learn many time management tips and strategies for having a good life and a good job.
  • Participants will have time to evaluate their own values in how they spend their time personally and professionally.
  • Participants will review a host of stress busters and practical tips for streamlining the tasks of working parents
