Program Description:
NEO is pleased to announce its New Supervisors’ Academy.
This series will provide you with more confidence with the challenges of being a supervisor. This series is for new supervisors and those that that want a refresher. This series will focus on three areas, personal growth, communication, team building and leadership.
This series consists of 7 sessions that will run from March through September, however this program will only meet face to face for the beginning session and the final session. The sessions in between will be held online, as we know it is difficult to leave the library.
If you are looking for an inexpensive solution to train supervisors, this is it. The cost is only $300 for the entire series or $150 for full members and that includes your lunch for the face to face meetings. By attending the entire series you save the cost of a face to face workshop.
