She has more than 15 years of experience as a Web Teacher and Consultant. Diane has been designing and teaching Web-based MLA Approved CE Courses since 2001. She also designs and teaches Web-based courses for UIUC GSLIS LEEP, the ACRL, and other organizations. Program Description: Libraries have become the first referral for people to file both their state and federal income taxes online. In this third practical hour, we'll look at the tools and documents that our patrons will access through our library Internet connections and what we need to know to help them get started and what we can do to help them be successful in filing online.
