Lost or Damaged Books
A member library will pay the cost of replacing a lost or damaged book plus a $2.00 processing fee. NEO-RLS will bill the library when it learns that a book must be replaced.
Overdue Books
If a member library is unable to forward all of the books in a book discussion set, the librarian will send a note with the books stating he/she will forward the overdue books as soon as possible.
Non-NEO-RLS Libraries
A non-NEO-RLS library that is interested in using Book Discussion books may only do so if the following conditions are adhered to:
1. The library must be located within the State of Ohio.
2. The library cannot use sets less than two years old.
3. The library cannot request sets during the one-month summer period while member libraries are requesting sets.
4. Cost per set/group, per library regardless of how many groups a library may sponsor, is $40.00 per set plus applicable shipping costs.
Outside Groups
An outside group that is interested in using Book Discussion books may only do so
if the following conditions are adhered to:
1. The outside group will be sponsored by a NEO-RLS member library.
2. The group can not use sets less than two years old.
3. Groups cannot request sets during the one-month summer period while libraries are requesting sets.
